I am an educator, designer and researcher working across teaching, practice and research, with a focus on participatory approaches, inclusion and responsible uses of technology and data. My work explores how design and creative technologies can support learning, advocacy, play and collective understanding.
I work across academic, civic and cultural contexts, developing and leading practice-led programmes, collaborating with partners beyond the university, and working with students and communities to address complex social and systemic challenges. My approach recognises lived experience as a form of expertise and foregrounds collaboration, care and critical inquiry.
This site brings together three interconnected strands of my work:
Teaching brings together my curriculum design, course leadership and pedagogic projects grounded in participatory, research-led and collaborative learning.
Practice presents creative, curatorial and applied design work spanning digital production, performance, print and experience design, often developed through collaboration.
Research shares practice-based and participatory research projects that engage underrepresented communities and explore inclusive approaches to design, technology and data.
